Indirect Giving

These are programs that allow you to earn money for our school without costing you anything.

• Publix Partners: Each time you shop at Publix, have the cashier scan your commitment card and Porter Academy will receive a percentage of the sale. Please give additional cards with your friends and family. If you need additional Publix cards, please see Pam in the Business Office.
• Target Card: Every time you use your Target Visa or Target Guest card (Target store credit card) in store or online, Target will donate 1% of your purchases to Porter Academy. You can designate Porter Academy to your card by calling 1-800-316-6142 or by visiting www.target.com.
  When you use the Target Visa at other retail stores, they will donate ½% of purchases to Porter Academy.
  Applications are available at any Target store or online at www.target.com.
• Box Tops: When you use any General Mills products –- cereals, frozen foods, meals, snacks, baking, you name it, just clip the official education box top coupon from the box. Send them in to your child’s homeroom or turn them in to the Business office. Many Cascadian Farm (organic) items contain box tops!
• Coke Rewards: When you use any Coke product—Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Gatorade, water, etc. members donate points from codes found on participating products. Visit www.mycokerewards.com for more information.
• Shopping Genie: Whenever you look to buy something online using any major search engine like Google or Yahoo, the Genie appears; and it cuts through the clutter to find you the best deals on virtually anything you're looking for. The PPA will have more information forthcoming.
